TESNIT® BA-50 is a special gasket material based on aramide fibres and NBR nitrile rubber.Gasket material TESNIT® BA-50 has an excellent chemical resistance and good dynamical resistance. Material has a wide general application. It is used in gas, food and chemical industry. TESNIT® BA-50 is also approved by many institution: DVGW, KTW, SVGW, WRc, Germanischer Lloyd.

BA-U – Compressed Non Asbestos
Gasket material with good mechanical, chemical and thermal properties.

TESNIT® BA-U is very applicable on aramide fibres based gasketing material and high resistant NBR – nitrile butadiene rubber. Material has excellent chemical resistance, good mechanical and thermal propreties. TESNIT® BA-U is covered with the great number of different approvals like: DVGW, KTW, WRc, BAM, HTB, SVGW, Germanischer Lloyd. It also complies with the requirements of BS 7531 Grade Y. TESNIT® BA-U has application in many different industries: Food industry, Gas supply, Potable water supply, Compressors.

BA-CF – Compressed Non Asbestos
Gasket material with excellent resistance against steam and strong alkalies.

TESNIT® BA-CF is a high grade soft gasketing material based on Carbon fibres and bonded with NBR. Material has excellent resistance to steam and strong alkaline media. It is widely used in chemical and petrochemical industry. Tesnit® BA-CF is approved by many institutions like: DVGW, KTW, WRc, BAM, HTB, SVGW. Material also complies with the requirements of BS 7531 Grade X. Specially designed gasketing material TESNIT® BA-CF is an answer to the growing demands many of aggressive chemicals.

BA-CF-4000 – Compressed Non Asbestos
Environment friendly gasket material with very good resistance to steam and strong alkaline media.

BACF 4000 is a premium-quality-grade gasket material based on a combination of aramide and carbon fibres, specially selected fillers, additives and elastomeric binders. With a careful selection of components the material is free of harmful nitrosoamines (certified by MRPRA) and fibers which are hazardous to human health. Additionally, when it is applied at high temperatures, no significant emission of hazardous degradation products has been detected. Apart from better sealability resulting in an important decrease of fugitive emission levels, the new material has also outstanding creep-relaxation as well as excellent chemical resistance especially in alkaline media. BACF 4000 is in compliance with DIN 28091-2 and BS 7531 Grade X requirements.

BA-R – Compressed Non Asbestos
Wire reinforced gasket material with great strength.

​TESNIT® BA-R is on aramide fibres and NBR based soft gasketing material, in combination with special wire reinforcement. Material has excellent mechanical, dynamic and thermal resistance. TESNIT® BA-R is used in many applications in automotive, petrochemical industry and shipyards. Material has also excellent blow-out safety. Material is approved by Germanscher Lloyd.

GLD – Compressed Non Asbestos
Aramid fibers, specially selected fillers and graphite combined in new high compressibility and environment friendly gasket material with excellent thermal properties.

GR SL – Compressed Non Asbestos
Properties and application

GRAFILIT® SL is a gasket material with excellent strength and creep resistance, chemical stability and a high tightness rate. Because of a stainless-steel insertion it is easier for handling and installation compared to the non-reinforced. GRAFILIT® SL is suitable for wide range of applications especially for higher operating pressures like in gas supply.
